as some of you might know, i got a new guitar last week. today was my 1st time with it at band practice, this guitar though gives me lots of feedback, while my old guitar didn't. is there a way to get rid of the feedback? my new guitar has active pickups and the amp has active EQ, could this be the problem. my other guitar has EMG HZ's this one has EMG 81's. do the EMG's just cause more feedback then the HZ's or is it something else? and is there a way to limit the feedback?
