Feeler - Peavey Classic 30 w/ extension cabinet and upgrades

I currently own a very clean tweed Peavey Classic 30 and 112E extension cabinet that I am thinking of selling.

The amp and cabinet are both in excellent cosmetic and operational condition. No rips, tears, dents, or scuffs to the cabinets or grills. All logos and nameplates are intact. Everything works, no scratchy pots, shorts or other functional issues. The only thing I can point out (and a very minor thing at that) is the stitching on the handle leather is a little unraveled on the amp, which you can see in photo #2
.
To my knowledge the amp has not been gigged - I am the second owner of each and have only used it in my home. I am thinking of selling it before I go deaf since I really can't hit the amp's sweet spot without cranking it up (I am finally accepting the fact is too loud for my purposes)

The amp and cabinet have the following upgrades:

All tubes are from Doug's and have plenty of life with only a few dozen of basement hours on them -

Tubes:
Power tubes - 4 JJ EL84s
Pre Amp - JAN GE 5751 / Penta Labs 12AX7 / Sovtek 12AX7
* plus I think I also have a Tung Sol in my parts box, but I have to double-check

Speakers:
The combo has a Celestion G12H 30W 70th anniversary special edition
The cab has a 25W WGS Greenback clone

I've got to think over pricing a bit. I know that the combos (in similar condition, but stock) typically go in the $300+ range and the extension cabinets are pretty hard to come by.

I might consider splitting the pair, but that depends on what amount of interest there is for the extension cabinet on its own.

Is the 112E still 16 ohms with the replacement speaker?
