I had a question a while back and couldn't find an email either. I ended up sending it to the address they have on the store page and they forwarded it to the right people. They where surprisingly helpful, too!
Fender isn't a company that likes direct contact. Even if you called them they would send you to a dealer.
Even if you wanted to spend $5k on a Custom Shop guitar, you can't call the guy who is going to make it...nice, huh?
the person i have spoken to at fender via e-mail has been real helpful to me in the past with my questions. i don't want to post his e-mail here since it's his direct e-mail...but i will PM you it.
*edit* i tried to PM you but it says you don't accept private messages.
