If it's 20,000 they probably are in-house.

Fender's weird like that in the fact that almost all of their custom shop guitars come with Fender pickups.

Well the CS pickups are in general some of the best Strat/Tele pickups i've heard.

CS69s, CS54s, Twisted Tele neck...etc etc.

I'd love to try out the CS60s and CS65s, which are unavailable unless you buy the guitar they come with or get lucky and find them on eBay.
