Hello everybody!
Just first my post here, hope i can get some help

Found a wiring diagram that @Silentium posted long time ago
jaguar3 (1).jpg
1. Upper on - neck
2. Middle on - bridge full
3. Middle & Upper on - both pickups parallel
4. Upper & middle off - all 3 coils are in series, but both coils in hot rail is reversed.
5. Bottom on - splits coils in the hot rail. if middle is on the coil A is active. if middle is off the coil B is active.

The aim was to remove all rhythm mode pieces(switch.volume.tone) and
Here is what i designed :

Will this wiring work as supposed or i have done something wrong?

Re: Fender Jaguar wiring mod

The connections to the three switches look okay. Much then depends on the quality of the switches themselves. I would be tempted to replace the 1Meg pots with A500k or, even, A440-ish.

Re: Fender Jaguar wiring mod

Gonna use Fender ones to be sure.
By the way, what the wire coming from the tone pot right outer leg is responsible for?

Re: Fender Jaguar wiring mod

In the stock circuit, the wire that you describe carries the signal from the three slider switches to the Lead Circuit controls. (The route is somewhat unusual.) For your circuit design, this wire is superfluous.

Re: Fender Jaguar wiring mod

Soldered everything together and noticed i cant turn off the bridge pickup.
What should i change in my wiring diagram?
