Fender Japan Stratocaster - dual humbucker model

This is a rare dual humbucker model Squier Strat from Fender Japan. Made in 1985 or 1986 according to the serial number. It's in very nice condition and I've owned it for quite a few years. Just did a fret polish on the stock medium frets - plays like a dream. Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard and Alder body. Vintage Fender style vibrato.

I am selling this guitar without the pickups - I'll remove the pickups and ship the guitar without pickups. You can install your own favorite pickups or if you want to send your pickups to me I'll install and adjust your pickups for free.

Comes with a gig bag. $250. plus shipping.

Prefer cash. There's not much I need in terms of trades but I could use a LR Baggs M1 acoustic guitar pickup or a EH Deluxe Memory Man.

Come on man, if it's a Squier, just say it's a Squier.

We're not afraid of Japanese Squiers.

Oooo very nice!

Thanks! It is nice. These 1980's Fender Squiers are first rate in all ways. Easily the equal of USA made Fenders...or, IMO, even better. I replaced the pickups in this one with the double cream custom shop pickups shown and they're worth more than the guitar! I want to keep them.
