Fender Lone Star owners. Recomended PU's Height?

I already bought a '97 Lone Star Strat. As you already knows this guitar has 2 texas specials and 1 SD pearly gates.
I do not have any experience in both models, but I find a huge output response between the singles and the HB

So, i am asking for some help about PU's height. How can i get the best perfomance in these two models?
