Not having the gain dimed really opens those amps up. I do like the Fenders too. I'm loving a cranked DR right now and the cleans from the Twin are great.

Set your favorite model to position 00. That'll default each time you turn it on.

How's the stock speaker on the Mustang III? Anybody feel the need to change it?

How's the stock speaker on the Mustang III? Anybody feel the need to change it?

So far I seems pretty versatile. Its Celestion G12T-100, must be made for these cheaper modelers. I intended to put it through its paces last night with the band but everyone bailed. I'll have a better opinion after I do. I have run the speaker loud with everything from real clean to super distorted and it handles it all pretty well. Not sure how it will break in though.
I do like the amp much better than The Vox AD50VT I had , which I really liked too.
