Boogie i agree 100% the distortion isnt what i would consider even playable for me . But i have a Boss ME- 50 ;have it set on OD-1 w/ drive at about 12 o,clock Sus.about 12,Compression Level about 12 also.This amp sings like ive never heard anything ive ever own.Also use a Boss Enhancer EH-2, makes the strings feel like butter.Ive own a Marshall Mg HDFX100,Line 6 spider,Laney 30 pro-tube.The Red knob beats them all(I.M.O.)The Laney does give it a good run for the money though !
