Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb

Played one today and I was blown away how great it sounded and responded to playing

I could not imagine carrying around a one ton Twin ever again, super impressed

I have a Tone Master Deluxe Reverb. It is my main gigging amp now. It sounds amazing direct to the PA, too.

I've watched some shootout vids of tone master vs reissue and I feel like I've been able to pick out the tone master every time, like the tube version is just a touch punchier and has different presence. But the difference to me is so subtle that I wouldn't care especially if I was gigging.
If I had a dream home studio and the amp never moved I would take a tube version for that subtle something extra I hear in the tubes.
but for everything else there's tone master! For all I know I'm just hearing the difference in the neodymium speakers

Yeah, there is a slight difference, but no bigger than 2 old Deluxes. For me, the weight and the XLR out is worth it.

FM3 for recording now. Tone Master with HX Effects for live shows. I was building patches for live shows on the FM3, but it is due for a huge software upgrade, so I stopped until that upgrade in the modeling is released.
