Fender Wide Range humbuckers... replicas?

The venerable Seth Lover designed "Wide Range" humbuckers certainly are amazing. I've heard them and wish they still made them like the originals. The reissues just sound like "normal" humbuckers to me. I know CuNiFe alloy is harder to find than ceramic and AlNiCo and the construction is totally different, since the magnets are the poles instead of having a bar-type. I wondered if anybody knew of any boutique makers who make replicas of the originals? I know Seymour makes a custom shop 3+3 style humbucker, but it's not a FWR by any means. Certainly Seymour, being a Tele freak and collector must have one or two of these laying around. I'd really like to build a Tele Deluxe with real deal FWR's, but I don't feel like spending a fortune on vintage ones. Any ideas?

There's one forum member with the name of Tele-Bob that just got som CuNiFe threaded rods and I think he's going into production, shot him a PM.

If not, Lollar is making'em: www.lollarguitars.com

Yeah... I checked the lollar website and nothing showed up except in the rewind price list. If I had originals and they didn't work, I'd probably have Seymour wind em. ;)

Give him a call. I know this for a fact.
