All original investment grade 1980 Gibson genuine Black Walnut SG . Original T-tops ( back in). Cleanest '80 Firebrand "The SG" you will likely ever see.
Not a closet queen, but reasonably close. A few minor marks by yours truly from being shuffled around my small apartment.
Black Walnut is the most expensive indigenous U.S. tonewood. This Sg also has a gorgeous feeling smooth as a prom queens a**, real slate black Ebony board as featured on Gibson Les Paul Customs as an upgrade to the Standard model. Virtually no wear playwear on frets. Neck is straight and true , trussrod works.
Action is low, the guitar plays excellent and sounds spectacular.
Played it a few times- never got along with the wide flat frets. The Guitar has been polished to prevent wear to the stock matt finish, and could be buffed out if desired.

Won't refret this beauty for jumbos either- it stays original.
Original case and key.
1200.00 shipped. Mostly lookin' for trade offers here . Looking for that high gain amp that has always eluded me, or maybe a Fender/Marshall or other amp of yore? Maybe a special vinatge cabinet... G12-20's??
I have cash to make any trade equitable.

last time you'll see this on Duncans Trading post;

Where are you located? Also, maybe I'm missing it because I'm on my BlackBerry right now, but do you have any pics that show the guitar better? All the pics I'm seeing are just closeups of different parts of the guitar and don't really show the guitar as a whole. Like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.

You did a great job of writing Gibson on the headstock of that fake SG with your wood burning kit.:)
