Finally found THE tone for my Tele! Thanks Dave!

First off a special thanks to Dave for the loan of his Lindy Fralin Blues Special neck pup. I am in tone bliss right now! Don't want to go to work, don't want to play my new Tele Custom FMT HH, I just want to play my standard tele with the hot Broadcaster/Fralin Blues sp neck! It's a pure blues/rock machine now. The hotter Fralin blends perfectly with the Broadcaster, the combo flat out cooks under gain. And the Fralin is VERY similar in output and tone of a Strat neck. Cleans are bell like and very sweet. Just what I was looking for. I am wondering, however, does SD have a similar voiced and output neck pup? And can this combo be improved on even more?

everything can be better

i dont think there is anything in the std duncan line that is a tele neck pup that sounds like a strat pup, so its off to the custom shop my friend

Thanks for letting me use your Broadcaster, too-it's a great pickup. SD sure has a handle on tele pickups!
