The LP's are nice, but I
love that BrowCaster and Tele. Is that an "indented" edge on the Strat, or is it just the way the light is hitting it? If you feel like it, a mini-review of the tone of the BrowCaster would be cool too. Just wondering how you like that pup combo.
I'm not sure what you mean by an 'Indented edge', sorry. From what I know (which ain't much) it's a 1993 Fender Strat Plus that originally had Lace Sensors but I changed them for Ants.
I may do a review of the Browcaster in the future, but I'm thinking of putting a Wilkinson Trem on it and making a new pickguard with a HSS pup config. I'll decide what's happening with it and then post accordingly

holy ****, that gordon smith is amazing, and i really want to know... how are the bare knuckle's im really thinking of "investing" in a pair of these. And that seafoam green tele makes me hurt... wish i could pick one of those up too... damn gas.
The Bareknuckles in the Gordon Smith are very nice! In this guitar, they're alot better suited to the tone I want than the pickups I had in it before were.
The Seafoam Green Tele is just a cheapie Tele that I picked up for £80, just so I have a cheap guitar to take with me on holiday and to gigs where I don't want to risk an expensive guitar (as-is the Browcaster)

Awesome guitars! Question about your Browcaster, is the body made from 3 different pieces of wood? It looks really cool.
The 'Browcaster' was originally a black 1970's Japanese Strat that I found at college. They were going to throw it out so I gave it a new home
The colour you see there is what the wood was like underneath the black paint after I stripped it. The wood was then treated with Linseed Oil (if I remember correctly) and then had a wax finish applied over the top to seal in the oil.
A friend of mine that's done a luthiery (sp?) course thinks that the very top of the guitar (the light wood) is Ash, the middle (darker wood) is mahogany and the back (not as dark as middle) is Ash again. This is only my friends opinion, so if any of you guys can tell for sure, I'd be happy to hear from you

You have a strange garden ... it seems to have guitars growing out of it!!!
If I could get them to grow more often, I'd harvest them and sell them to get some cash towards my NYC trip
Thanx for all the posts guys, and sorry if I missed a reply to anyone that asked a question
