Finally Ordered my USACG Tele

So I finally decided to order a USACG tele, the parts should be in my hands in time to distract me from school work. I forget who I talked to on the phone, but he was great.

Heres the specs:
Body - Alder - Top Route - Gonna paint it Olympic White
Neck - An .890 Soft V Neck - 25" Scale - 1 11/16" at nut - 10" Radius - Birdseye on Birdseye - 6150 frets
Bridge Found a guy on ebay who modifies the fender ones to have a shaved lip w/ compensated 3 barrel Saddles. Looks solid.
Pickups - Lollar T Specials in both neck and bridge (Supposed to get pretty convincing p90 sounds.
Hardware Sperzel Locking Tuners w/ staggered posts (so no string guide:)) and the rest will just be generic stuff. I plan on grabbing two push pull pots so I can choose when I have both pickups on to switch polarity and or series/parallel.
Finishing I plan on Reranching it with the help of a furniture builder I know.

Here is what it'll look like, give or take

The parts from USACG are going to take 4-6 weeks :(

That part about the wait sucks, but everything else sounds cool. I guess that's probably a normal amount of time to wait, though. Post some pics when you get it in. I'd like to see the before pics.

parts wait from warmoth is 10 weeks so that's not too bad
This is for body's and stuff right, not the hardware I plan on ordering from them :smack:

Re: Finally Ordered my USACG Tele

Parts should come quick, and everytime warmoth has told me 6-8 weeks it's been more like three.
