That maple fret board looks pretty tasty too, I’d that an option or are you just going rosewood board? If it’s an option I’d love to see a picture with it on.

Not going with maple as it doesn't actually look good in person, but the picture is okay.



Also the fretboard is Brazilian walnut reclaimed from the Coney Island Boardwalk, made by Musikraft. I don't have the tools to build my own neck

Yeah looks fine but the walnut sounds a more exclusive. Looks great either way to me, I really like the body wood and the clear guard is cool.

Actually Brazillian walnut is closer related to cherry than normal walnut. Still pretty heavy, but the rest of the neck is light enough you don't notice

Also if you believe in lumber, it should sound brighter than ebony because it is harder

Walnut looks fantastic. I think as a fingerboard, it would work well.
