First thoughts on the SH5 Custom...

Re: First thoughts on the SH5 Custom...

Randy Rhoads used a DD. I'm not sure if it was in a Paul. The DD is an Explorer/Flying V type of P'up. I KNOW they sound great in those axes. A Duncan Custom does rule in a Les Paul. I thought the DD was a tad cluttered in the Paul. It sounded GOOD but not excellent. You could get away with a DD...especially over pieces of crap like dirty fingers or the other hot ceramic Gibson stocks guitars with.
