I'm thinking of buying a set of Fishman Fluence pickups for my Jackson 7 string. Just wanted to know If anyone has experience with the stephen carpenter set and how does it compare to the regular modern 7 set?

So it is not a huge difference? The neck pickup remains the same and the bridge differs slightly in EQ? I'm just concerned that it sounds waaaay different and loses the versatility the normal modern 7 offers. The SC set can still be coil tapped right? I don't want a mid scooped pickup...
