Does anyone here now the spec (Size) for a replacement for the floyd rose on a jackson PS2? Mine has had it. I have tried searching on google but all I get are damn reviews of guitar hero for playstation!!!!

is it a 42 or 43mm? or 1 1/16 or 1 5/8? (sorry I don't think i convert to imperial correctly).

Thanks guys

THe measurements are identical to a Schaller (aka. Floyd rose II) with a 32mm block, meaning the Schaller is also a drop in replacement /upgrade. The nut is an import version of an R4, that means 1 11/16 "/ 43mm w/ wide spacing.

cool, so which size tremolo should I get. There are a couple of different sized ones i've seen so far. Even Schaller ones are different

Schaller makes exactly one size of Floyd Rose II, but in 3 colors and with different block lengths ;)

You need, specifically, one of these: http://www.schaller-guitarparts.de/1223.htm with a top-mounted "R4" nut.

This trem is definitely available from Stewart MacDonald and Warmoth in the US, though there are certainly other places to get one. Make sure to ask if the block it´s shipped with is 32mm, 37mm, or 42mm, as you need the 32mm one.

Alternatives would be to search eBay for a Jackson JT-590 trem (the exact same thing with a Jackson Logo instead of Schaller on the bass wing), or if you were happy with what was on there for a Jackson JT-500 trem.
