I have the same guitar but in Natural Quilt. I have the same problem with the 1 5/8" nut as I prefer wider necks. I considered selling mine but it's the most perfect guitar I have I couldn't bear to part with it...

Eventually I just got used to the neck. The guitar shreds like no other.

And $1300 is a great price. Weren't they charging a $500 upcharge recently (on top of the $1200-$1400 street price) for a premium top like that????

I'm holding out till I see a nice Cherry Sunburst

Well i will find out in a week if my sister is gonna come here or i am gonna go there so, if i dont go i might just have to take it off your hands. If it lasts that long.
