Peavey JSX 120w Head, Excellent condition for sale. I bought a Marshall JVM, so JSX has got to go. Wife's orders! For those not familiar, the greatest features of this amp are the ability to swap 6l6 tubes for el34 with the only adjustment needed being a flick of a switch. It has a bias trim pot, which is a nice feature. It can do Marshall and Mesa! It also sounds astonishingly great at low volume. I used to play it in my studio and not wake up my wife in the next room!
Included will be footswitch, 4 JJ el34 tubes and two JJ 6l6 tubes. I ran the amp at 50 watts with just the two 6l6 tubes and it sounded great. preamp tubes are JJ 12ax7. Check out some vids on youtube if you're not familiar. Asking $700 or best offer. MAKE ME AN OFFER!
The only issue is a small, cosmetic issue. There is a tiny tear in the tolex on the top of the amp about the size of match head. It's nothing some glue can't fix. That's it! Pics upon request.
