For Sale: Tele, Strat and misc.

JumpMarine

18 watts of Mayhemologist
'05 Fender Custom Telecaster FMT HH: Blackcherry burst, bound rosewood fretboard, jumbo frets, bound flame maple carved top on mahogany body, set neck, 15 3/4" radius, uncovered Pearly Gates Plus bridge/'59n rwrp, pushpull pot for splitting, 3way switch. Issues: the usuall picking scratches, a very small finish chip underneath the bridge pickup ring. The ring covers 98% of it and you have to look very closely to see it at all as it was just the gloss finish and not the the stained color that chipped. A 1/8" wide barely visible indentation just above the strap pin. Some of the smoked chrome finish has flaked off of the bridge pickup ring, looks kind of cool. Includes a semisoft Gator case. Asking $425 shipped

**Top Picture is with the Hybrids, they will be replaced with the original pickups**

Re: For Sale: Tele, Strat and misc.

Oh, come on Hoss......who needs an amp....you are feeling very sleepy......you are very relaxed.......you must buy a new guitar........

Re: For Sale: Tele, Strat and misc.

I know there are some questions on why the $500 price on a mexican strat:

Here's how I broke it down:

Guitar-$300
Antiquities and pickguard-$200
Gig bag is free

I added up what I spent to get the guitar where it is and it came to $685. She's priced to sell.....

Re: For Sale: Tele, Strat and misc.

Unfortunately, it never works like that. Try $250 for a used standard, $120 for the used set of pickups, $5 for all the electronics, $15 for a used pickguard, and $20 for a used gigbag.

You might have better luck going back to stock, and selling the wired pickguard separately....

no?.

Re: For Sale: Tele, Strat and misc.

If you lived in Aus I'd buy that strat of you, looks awsome, but I don't like shipping. Besides guitars RRP over here is a lot higher even after the currency exchange crap, so its not a really bad price.

Re: For Sale: Tele, Strat and misc.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. I may take it back to original and sell the pickguard seperately. But for the time being the price stays where it is and it's quite reasonable for what all is there.

If you're willing to part out the pickguard I might go for it depending on prices. Not sure I can afford it with the pups though, sorry.

PM me if interested man.
