For the devil sends the beast with wrath...

Phantasmagoria

watch where you point that sabre
Just picked this little tone-demon up....

Raw, open, fat, dark, crunchy, organic Sabbath-y sweetness...

I just LOVE the sound of this thing!

It's basically a stock Artec "Crazy Metal' pedal that's being re-marketed in the US with a (cool) custom paint job. Does'nt appear to be a knock-off of any pedal I can think of judging from the way it sounds ...it's actually pretty unique.

If you're into Sabbath, Mercyful Fate, or any other stoner/doom/underground classic/80's metal this pedal will blow your mind..pure AWESOMENESS!

Yeah...it's an Artec "Crazy Metal" pedal...stock version.

You could pick one up off ebay I guess...

Personally..I'm all for the goofy graphics :p ...but to each their own...

Re: For the devil sends the beast with wrath...

lol...not quite. They've ordered a batch of these pedals with custom graphics from the OEM (Artec) ...so it's OEM factory painted to their specs, not done by them.

Also, it does'nt look like the Crazy metal pedal is easily available in the US after all (at least not on ebay). So I guess they're importers?

Lol...tbh who cares? It's a sweet sounding/looking pedal at a great price.. that's why I bought it :)

The description sounds like they're talking about a Rat, no can youtube, too blocked at work.

Re: For the devil sends the beast with wrath...

It's not really a Rat clone (I have a Vintage Rat & a Rat 2), though there are similarities. It's voiced pretty differently, much darker/warmer with a slightly softer/different feeling attack..though it does have that hard, rough edge to it (just not quite as hard). Overall it just feels and sounds different.
