I wasn't. I didn't realize that chunky kid was his son.

Keep in mind I have not bought a Van Halen album since 5150 debuted. And have not heard anything new from VH since...hmm...prolly "poundcake"? I think that was the name of the song...the one with the drill.

I like Sammy..montrose..solo.., but Van Hagar is not my thing.

As far as I am concerned, Van Halen broke up in 1985.

I am actually a fan of the Van Hagar era. Songwriting has improved, vocals... only Ed lost some of his edge (probably already in the DLR era) - the guitar tone became a dull and the solos were muddy half of the time.

That's no Peavey he's playing. That's the new Wolfgang prototype. The lower horn is totally different from the Peavey, as is the headstock.

Sweet. I kinda like it actually. Much nicer than the Peavey, IMO, though the two look very similar. This one is a little sleaker, better curves.
