Check out the spec sheet too... it's one sick amp overall.

Oh yeah! Fortin also has a deal with Randall and that monster will be available soon under the Randall badge. For a lower price than the original I would assume.

Holy bells and whistles, Batman!! Someone with option anxiety will run away from that screaming.

I see they've named after the buyers they expect to get.

No hate here. Fortin amps sound ferociously badass.

Re: Fortin Meathead: All tube, SIX channels.

No hate, just seems complete overkill to me. You want sludge? Turn the tone knob down and change your attack or add a fuzz.

Fortin amps do sound very nice I will say.

Re: Fortin Meathead: All tube, SIX channels.

it would take me a week just to dime all the knobs!

I just dig the versatility of all those tones at the push of a button. I miss my Cobra for that reason. 3 MORE CHANNELS??? Oof, says I.:cool2:

Re: Fortin Meathead: All tube, SIX channels.

I like the bias adjustment but to go that route I think it needs a digital display to show where it's set at a given setting, unless these are click-adjustments rather than a pot. It's far more useful to know the voltage is say, 78mv exactly, than maybe being 75-80ish. Cool concept. -Rod-

Please stop with the mV stuff. You think people warn you about millivolts being lethal? "Don't touch anything inside your amp! There are up to 80 millivolts in there!" It's literally hundreds of volts, which is why you need a power transformer to step up the voltage from the wall.

Here, read it from somebody who designs amplifiers for a living.
