i just did my solo on it

like it says, i went for the "random" method rather than the "well thought out solo"

sounds good man got some real nice runs in there, nice job on the backing track aswell.

Hey, I posted my take on the jam right here

nice bluesy feel to it i like the style, you might wanna try moving your mic back a little bit though. it seems a little scratchy sounding on the leads like the volume was coming in to loud. good playing though.

Yep it's the Jazz. I'm surprised you liked the tone because I'm using a pretty cheap mic. Thanks though! It was Jazz > TS9 > C50 clean channel.

Now that I listen to the clip again, my playing was so off-time and sloppy! I guess that's what I get for not warming up.

eh, who cares if it's off time or sloppy, jamming is about being right at the moment without warning, so you did good

trust me, i know cheap setups!!

i got this $15 walmart mic, mic'd up to my marshall and thats it, then my strat.
so i know what bad tone is
