Is anyone into these? They did a review of this guitar in the new GuitarOne mag....this guitar in a vintage sunburst. What a beautiful guitar!!!

My very first ever electric guitar was a Framus that I bought in Germany, about 37 years ago. It was a bit odd, in that the entire pickups/controls/pickguard assembly was raised to pickup height, and could be unscrewed and removed without even loosening the strings.
(The body had no routing.)

I can't even remember what happened to it.

The guitar player from the band Default used a Framus guitar when I saw them last Saturday. The thing sounded, and looked, pretty dang good!

I believe it was the Tennessee Custom version..
