I play PRS Custom 22 guitars. Soldano SLO-100 amp (with all 3 mods). I record in my own studio http://www.SORStudios.com so I have the luxury of spending hours on my tone.

an aside: in college, after getting a song on a comp with a label, I thought I'd be able to sell my own CDs. I compiled recordings I did myself and in a studio, and used a local printing company and a San Diego-based CD burning company (this was before computer CD burning) to make the CDs. My friend did the artwork. I made 1,000 (the most cost-effective amount actually) and sold like maybe 50. I sent another 100 or so to record companies to try and get signed (what was I thinking? a one-man band?!), gave about 100 to friends and had a crapload left over. I tossed out a bunch (and I hate waste so that hurt), and I kept a good-size stack - but I'm not super proud of it now, so they just sit in my closet to rot.

Sounds different from what I thought an SLO would sound like - I guess your style is quite different from the regular shred I hear on SLO's.

Hey Dankstar, I hear you! I tried for years. Now bands try to sell CD's at shows. It is tough. So I got a job and saved for a while. I opened up my own recording studio and financed this myself.

I listened to it at work yesterday, and enjoyed it a lot. The first & last tracks are the ones I remember liking the most, but after another listen or two, I'll hit you with some better feedback.

The guitar tones are great, incredibly vocal and singing.
