For years, I craved the "Power, Out-Of-Phase" pickup combination of the very early production PRS Custom. Now, thanks to the Freeway, I can finally have that sound, a couple of other good 'uns and be rid of two selections that I never, ever use. I have also shed that annoying clicking noise from the rotary selector contacts opening and closing.

This mod required only soldering iron work and the switch collar tool. There was no need to flip magnets or connect any conductors in the reverse order to normal.

Stewmac calls it an ESP Multi-spanner. 0:31 in this video.

Sweet. That's a nice little tool. Price isn't too bad either. Thanks for the "heads-up".

This looks suspiciously like what I need to wire my QM1 and QM2 which have a white a red and a ground to my freeway switch. do you have a wiring diagram?

The QM one is like this. I want to swap the 5 way for the freeway so it fits in my explorer. Am I on the right tack?
