Hi, is there any way to turn a 2 conductor humbucker into a 4 conductor pickup for splitting?

You can convert a 2 to 4, but it takes a little finesse and skill. With a humbucker you have two coils wound in opposite directions to reject hum. The beginning and end of the coil and its direction determine polarity. There are four wires coming off the coil that can be tapped to create a 4 conductor pickup. The end of one coil goes to the beginning of another to create a series humbucker. Normally the two connections that complete the humbucking circuit are twisted together and tapped on one end of the coil. You can untwist those two and twist/tape or twist/solder new leads from there. You should also ground the baseplate. Look at the picture below, it is merely an example.

I try to find out what the beginning and ends of the coils are and then I convert the wiring to SD's color scheme, so I can use their diagrams. You can find the color schemes at www.guitarelectronics.com.

Yes, there is. You're going to have to "open up" the pup (pull the tape really) and add leads to the coils. I'm not 100% where to add the leads but I do remember someone explaining it to me here. Maybe they'll stop by soon.
