Hey guys, I'm doing some major house cleaning so I'm condensing down to one guitar in my collection, a PRS McCarty. For now, I'm really just selling these 2 axes for money.
*Please note that I will only ship to continental US residents, sorry for the inconvenience international folks.

First up is an excellent condition (9/10) candy apple red Fender EJ Strat. I got this one in a trade for a PRS McCarty Soapbar a while back. I tried all the other EJ Strats in the store (this was when they first came out) and this one was my favorite. The original owner had changed the pick guard from the '57 style 1 ply white to a 3 ply white/black/white. Everything else on the guitar is completely stock.
This one is a blast to jam out with. She's just the right weight (7.6 lbs. - pic below for proof), there is no stickiness on the neck (because she's been played) and she has a nice resonant, acoustically loud, bright and poppy sound to her (without being tinny). She's setup perfectly: the construction is absolutely flawless, the nut is cut well (no tuning issues), no fret buzz or any other issues. There is 1 pin sized ding right by the trem block on the back of the guitar (so small I couldn't get it to come out in the pics) and there are very few light superficial scratches (the kind that are only seen up close with bright lights at an angle) - other than that she's flawless.
If she's so great, why am I selling her? Right now I'm focused on finding the perfect P90 guitar for my tastes and single coils have always taken second place, so I could use the money to go shopping. Rest assured, when I get more money after I buy my next P90 axe, I'll be getting another one of these because they are really comfortable guitars and by far the best strats I've played. I never really liked a single strat until I came upon this one - somebody will be very happy with her.
I'll let this one go for $1100 [Price drop!] (shipping and handling with full insurance & all Paypal fees are all included in this price). As an added bonus, this will come with a tortoise shell vintage '57 style pickguard as well (a $50 value in itself)
