FS: 1979 DIMARZIO X2N POWER PLUS (Cream) - MORE TO COME!

Early '79 X2N "Power Plus" with the rare/desirable chrome baseplate and square "legs/feet". 4 conductor for coil-splitting, parallel wiring, etc. Lead is about 6" long. I can extend it if the buyer would like, but that could take away from the value. Up to you. It's in damn good shape, especially for it's age. The pickup works flawlessly and it clocks in at 14.9kΩ with its original ceramic magnet. It sounds even meaner than it looks! Only selling to pay bills but...ya gotta do what ya gotta do...

More pickups and "Misc" gear to come. On vacation this weekend so they'll be listed on Monday/Tuesday. I can't **** with eBay anymore. It's ridiculous now so shoot me an offer if you feel the need.

Thanks, Brandon. I agree! These sound mean as f000k! I snagged one for cheap a few years back and it sounded DAMN good...so I picked up 2 more. :laughing: I'm not the next Johnny Rockstar so, I figured I'd share the wealth. I'm keeping 1 for myself.

Thanks guys. It IS a killer pickup! Aaaaaand it's sold! H&H - it's quite a bit hotter. They also shifted the EQ up a bit toward the midrange/high-end whereas Super D's tend to sound kind of "flubby" and "loose" (some would even say muddy) in comparison.
