I just pulled these out of a brand new Dell Latitude D620 and popped in 2x 1gb chips. Below is a pic of the actual memory.

is this DDR2 SDRAM @ 667 mHz?

It is for sure DDR2 I would assume it is 667, but don't know 100%. It came out of a brand new Dell and the stuff I replaced this with was 667.

It is. I put them on my scanner and scanned them!
