Tone wise those are nice!
Here is a cut I recorded in 95 with mine. All the guitar tracks were done with a stock and pretty much identical Vintage S through my 50 watt JCM 900 Dual Reverb.

I ran the eq dark in the active mode a set it with a volume boost so I could get traditional Strat glass in passive and then big meaty tones when I kicked the active mode in.
Bro I wish I had some cash cauze I miss the heck outta my Vintage S! Any chance on us doing some horse tradin on this one?

I want it badly but unfortunately have big time buisness expenses over the next couple of months as this is my :cussing: Real Estate liscense renewal year (CE classes , several different Liscense fees , MLS & Board Dues, I&O insurance ect:butkick
