Our Neighbor Totoro
I've had less and less time to play lately and although it feels like I just got her, it's time to turn her over to someone who will appreciate her. Thinning the herd; basically. My SG is taking care of my humbucker needs for now.
For sale:
Agile Al-3100 Rootbeer Wide neck profile
2 piece mahogany body. 1/16" flame maple veneer
1 piece set mahogany neck
13.7" radius Ebony fretboard, 22 jumbo frets
Grover 18:1 tuners
Mother of Pearl inlays
Electronics:
4 500K alpha pots
2 .022µf K40Y-9 PIO caps
switchcraft switch
Pickups: Seymour Duncan Alnico II pro neck and bridge (in near mint condition). Currently with A5 magnets. Buyers can specify A2 or A8 instead, of they wish. Covers off or on.
Note: agile humbucker covers used. The pole pieces have a little trouble matching up. I can leave them on or take them off. See the pics, the sound normal and look OK unless you get really close.
Condition: B or B-, for cosmetic reasons. See photos.
Some playing wear (pick scratches in top, light fret wear)
Dings: 2 in back of neck through the finish. No effect on playing IMO. One near output jack, one on lower bout, one on back. They are all minor and only go into the finish.
The switch needs a deeper threaded nut to accommodate a toggle ring. I have removed the toggle ring and no longer have it. The are minor scratches at the point where the nut touches the guitar top.
The G tuner's plastic bushing is worn and the tuner turns easily when there is no tension on the string. Doesn't affect tuning or playing.
Guitar will ship with a Les Paul style hard shell Gator Case as pictured.
Price is $355 shipped and paypal'ed in the continental US. Figure that $45 of that is my actual shipping cost. (including weight and packing materials)
Not really looking for trades.
Pics to follow.
Thanks for looking!
