Both like new. Noise Suppressor also functions as a power supply, can daisy chain seven or eight other pedals from it. Put your pedals in the loop of this thing and listen as the noise disappears. The compressor does what $200 compressors do - maybe not quite as quiet, but it's' $50!
Both have Stage Trix velcro, which doesn't touch the labels. Both come with their original boxes.
