I have seen numerous people including myself wishing for a hotter version of the PG on the pickup lounge. I finally had to try it and got MJ to wind me a 9k PG. It is great - hotter, more robust, a little smoother sounding version of the PG. So why am I selling it? I am such a huge fan of the regular PG, I keep trying new things and keep coming back to the original. I made a PG/Custom hybrid and loved it but ended up going back to regular PG. Then I tried A3, A4, A5, A8 magnets but again my ears asked for the original version. So I will stick with my trusty old PG and find a new home for the Custom Shop creation. I know someone will truly enjoy it.
I paid the full CS price of $160 but will let it go for $110 including shipping. It is only a few weeks old and in perfect condition in the CS box with MJ's handwritten specs. The color is black with no logo.
