FS: Custom Spec SD Humbuckers

[Humbucker]

I'm selling a set of custom Seymour Duncan humbuckers and also a set of Gibson '57 Classic humbuckers.

The set of Seymour Duncans is $130 or $65 each, you pay shipping. Here are the specs:

Neck pickup:

Floor custom SH-55n Seth Lover humbucker
-Nickel pickup cover
-Alnico 5 magnet instead of Alnico 2

Bridge pickup:

Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Modified SH-11 Custom Custom
-Wound to 13.61K
-Alnico 5 magnet instead of Alnico 2
-Nickel pickup cover
-4 conductor wire

Both pickups are in excellent or near mint cosmetic and functional condition and have full length or near full length leads.

The Gibson Classic '57s are $110 for the set or $55 each plus shipping. These pickups have nickel covers and are in excellent condition and have a few minor scratches. They were once installed in a Les Paul, so the leads are at least long enough to reach to a Les Paul control cavity.

Your selling your UGD pickup? If that is it, that is pretty low.

I don't think anyone would willingly sell a pickup they got for free from Seymour Duncan. If they did that they'd have worse than 7 years of bad luck... Bad tone,.,,

maybe it was a custom custom so heavily modified it looked like it was modified from a custom 5?

All three of the Custom series pickups are the same besides the magnet.

Ceramic = Custom
Alnico 2 = Custom Custom
Alnico 5 = Custom 5

Hence, a Custom Custom w/ an A5 magnet is just a C5.

I have also seen custom series pickups in the 13.5K range from the factory.

The pickup started out as a Custom Custom, so it is basically now a Custom 5, I just thought I'd be honest about its origins. And no, this isn't my UGD pickup. I'm never letting go of that one.

please forgive my noobness, but....what's a UGD?
