SOLD! Duncan 78: 14" lead, $85 PayPal'd and shipped.

Zhangbucker Woodbucker Neck: 11" lead, tall legs, $50 PayPal'd and shipped. I purchased this in 2007. Resistance-wise, it's between his current Woobucker and Hot Woodbucker neck models. If you don't know the deal, you can read up on Zhangbuckers here.

My '78 is signed on the bottom as well.

Re: FS: Duncan 78, Zhangbucker Woodbucker Neck and Duncan Jazz Neck

There used to be a sticker on it; I can see where it was from the residue that is still on the plate. No signature, but then those can rub off. I'm open to any other suggestions as to what it could be, but it would have to be pretty far off spec to be any production Duncan humbucker that I know of.

There was no signature on the last 78 I had if that helps any. It came brand new from the custom shop

have you heard this pup? the 78 has a very distinct tone, real chewy and biting. it is more than likely a 78 with a read of 8.99K:cool2:

Re: FS: Duncan 78, Zhangbucker Woodbucker Neck and Duncan Jazz Neck

I had it in the guitar for a day before I took it out; not long enough to say what it sounds like. I'm looking for a high-output pickup for this guitar and when it comes to hot PAF types I generally go straight to the Suhr SSV+/DSV+, so I wasn't really interested in testing it out, tonally-speaking.
