Okay, I may regret this, but I'm thinking about buying a guitar that I've been drooling over for a year or more now.
This is a Edwards John Sykes model, basically an LP Custom model with chrome trimmings. I replaced the knobs, pickguard, and switch plate with plain black, but the original mirror/chrome parts are included. I also have a set of black pickup rings, but you'll have to fill the old holes and make new ones, they don't quite line up, which is why I didn't switch them out. This is as close as you can get to a real LP Custom at this price, mahogany body w/ maple top, mahogany neck w/ ebony board, poly finish on back, sides, and neck, nitro on top (according to Edwards). The neck is a little slimmer than the old LP Custom I had, but still feels like a LP, definitely not an Ibanez skinny neck. It's loaded from the factory with a Duncan Distortion set (real, not Duncan Designed). Of course, there's been enough posts about these, you can find them with a search.
Comes with ESP gig bag, truss rod wrench, and paperwork (in Japanese).
Looking for $635 ($640 if you use Paypal) including shipping in the continental US (shipping from Japan was $110).
Sorry about the quality of the pictures, no dings or scratches, it's pretty much in the condition it came in with just some swirl marks in the finish that happen as soon as you pull it out of the case and maybe a minute touch of fretware. Any "marks" in the pictures are fingerprints or reflections.
