FS/FT: Lefty Strat-style Body/Parts

I recently inherited A left-handed Fender Strat-STYLE guitar. I've never heard of the manufacturer but disassembled doesn't seem too bad at all. Anyone interested in it for *dirt* cheap or even better willing to trade ANY right-handed Fender-STYLE guitat parts would be sweet. Thanks!

what kind of wood is the body made of??? what color is it?

I'm not quite sure what type of wood it is, but the finish is black--no serious dings/scratches.
