I picked up a Fuchs Train 45 (Trainwreck inspired Fuchs) in a trade last month that I'm wanting to move along. Currently it has JJs across the board and the power tubes in it right now are JJ 6V6 so it's making aboouut 22-25 watts ballpark. I've got a set of used Mullard EL34s and a new set of GT Mullard style 34s and I'll include either one for a bit more.
Tonally it sounds somewhere between an old Marshall Super Lead and a JCM 800. If you've listened to Glenn Kuykendall's video you'll have a pretty good idea. To me the Fuchs sounds a little more crisp all around. On the surface it does have more flexibility with the soft/hard and dark/flat/bright switches. Oh and it has a LOT of bass even with 6V6s
I should have pics tomorrow I got a new camera and it has a different kind of card than my last camera sooooo I've got to get an adapter.
$1450 shipped and insured with the 6V6s. I will take paypal or money order, however I expect the buyer to pick up the Paypal fees.
