Yeah, all of the Japanese Ibanez's from that era (apart from the 470) should have the edge bridge... :/

Only the higher + sig models had the lo-pro edge (like the JEM etc).

I don't think they switched to the newer bridges till maybe 2 years ago? I forgot.

I'd go double check the serial number to see if it really is a 570 - There is a site that you can use to do that, but I forgot what it is :smack:

Then again, it could have been swapped by the previous owner.

´91/´92 - ´96 470s and up have Lo-Pro Edges. After that, the Edges were only used on 550s and up, the rest got Lo-TRS II Trems ;)

The Original Ibanez Edge bridges haven´t been in production since about ´9 2 or so, All guitars from that point got the Edge or TRS Systems (Or a Non-Floyd bridge).

The new ZR Trem and Edge Pro are about 2-3 years old, though, so it´s easy to see where the confusion starts ;)

Re: FS: Guitars

^^^ thanks for the info, buddy :D So, based on that, the tremelo in the Ibanez says 470, but the stock pickups say 570. I was under the impression that Ibanez serial numbers will tell you the location and date of manufacture, plus what number the guitar is of total monthly production. If anyone else knows differently, please chime in! :)
