That's pretty cool. How did you get gold slugs? I thought most covered gold pickups have the gold screws but the normal nickel slugs?

I bought the slugs and polepieces from Mojo Supply and added them to a stock black JB. Replacing the pole screws is easy, however to replace the slugs, I used a small flatblade screwdriver to tap them out and then tap in the new gold slugs with a wood block on top to protect the surface.
