Excuse my noobocity, whats a DD "lite?"

Usually a JB that has had the A5 mag swapped to a standard-height Ceramic or, less commonly, a Distortion that has had the double-thick Ceramic swapped for a standard-height Ceramic mag.

The result is a bright, punchy tone that is very articulate and surprisingly well balanced. A little less output than the Distortion and less of the upper-mid "hump" of a JB.
