FS: MIM Tele Neck

Here we have a MIM Tele neck of uncertain age. It feels great to play and the frets are in good shape. They are the small, vintage frets found on Nashville Teles and older MIMs (IIRC).

Some previous owner refinished this neck with a medium amber color. The finish isn't great; it has some small runs and blotches but it looks fine from six feet away. Certainly playable as-is. The back is sanded smooth, and either bare maple or very lightly oiled, hard to tell.

The biggest problem is the peghead, which had a thick vinyl decal mis-placed so the string tree went right through the "d" in Fender. The finish was sprayed over the decal, so now there's a bare maple Fender logo against the amber background. So, you'll probably want to refinish at least the headstock, and try to match the color. Or, a whole-neck refinish could make it all match.

The neck includes the set of vintage-style tuners shown. Overall, it's comfortable player, if you like the small frets.

$125 shipped to CONUS. Other locations, PM me for shipping cost.
