2 Piece Pine body telecaster with padauk accent stripe and a curly maple top. Looks more flame to me than curly. Cut to fender specs. routed for vintage style bridge with 2 1/8 string spacing. I finished it in amber shellac with Nitro clear coat over it. I havent done the final wet sand/buffing out yet.

90 shipped in Usa. If you would like to see more pics just check out my build thread.IMG_1414.jpgfinal clear2.jpg

That thing is looking good. Why are you selling? Don't you have all the parts to assemble it?

Re: Fs: Pine telecaster with Maple top

yes I do. but I have found I really love doing the finishing.. up for sale to just start another body...then sale it . eventually I am sure I will finish my partscaster. For now Im loving finishing and doing the work on the bodies.

Grenade I must say that strikes a spot in my heart. My dad was banjo picker. he tried to teach me but I never could get the rolls down. Then again i was only 12 at the time. Btw, thanks for the bump on my pinecaster. It actually just sold on Evilbay and Im awaiting payment. :)

Cool that it sold, so what's up next? That banjo has a neck made from a chunk of mahogany another good friend gave to me. The body is made from the only known redwood tree to grow in West Virginia. We will record it when it's done and I'll post it.
