I got to try one briefly down at NAMM. Nice tube like overdrive that is touch and volume control sensitive. A/B'd with the Twin Tube I was suprised how well the Lava Box compared tone wise. The six position EQ switch is pretty useful for shaping the tone. I'd give it a pretty high rating for a non-tube device and the price point seems good.
