I got this PM from him towards the end of last week;

Hey man,

Guess you didn't get my email from last week... My supplier sent us the wrong type of acrylic and wasn't able to get us any of the right stuff out until this past Monday... It should all be in today and I should be able to knock these out tonight or tomorrow... Sorry for the delay, but the material they sent us wasn't engravable, so none of the personalization would have shown up (it would have been clear)

true story... we got all the acrylic in and had a bit of a problem when we realized they sent uncasted stuff which wouldn't engrave which would have prevented personalization...(had to send ALL of it back, b4 they would send us the new stuff) everything's done now, being sent out in the am, sorry for the delay fellas
