Signed by Seth and Seymour on bottom, long mounting legs.
Gold cover, never removed. Is DOUBLE CREAM underneath (I unscrewed 2 of the bobbin screws to see and both bobbins are cream).
Comes with 2 gold height adjustment screws, a ring, and the original box.
